For Happy Clinic® Denver Dysport® and Botox®

Where does Happy Clinic® Denver get its Botox® Cosmetic and Dysport®?

We get our original Botox Cosmetic directly from Allergan, USA and our Dysport directly from Galderma, USA. Some places get their Botox and Dysport from Canada or Europe, which is unsafe and illegal. Ask any provider of Botox Cosmetic what their status is on the Allergan Network or their Dysport status on the Galderma Network. They should have their certificates hanging up on the wall. Happy Clinic® Denver is one of the top aesthetic accounts in the nation. We go through about 15-20 bottles of Botox Cosmetic and Dysport a day, so our product is always fresh.

How does Botox® Cosmetic & Dysport® Work?

When injected into the muscle or tissue, Botox Cosmetic and Dysport impair the nerves from telling the muscles to contract or the sweat glands to produce sweat.

Do Botox® Cosmetic & Dysport® injections hurt?

Most people compare the injection sensation to a bug bite. Overall discomfort is minimal and temporary.

Where is Botox® Cosmetic & Dysport® administered?

Traditionally it is used to treat frown lines between the eyebrows, forehead creases, crows feet around the eyes, and fine lines above the lips. Botox Cosmetic and Dysport can also be injected into the underarms, the palms of the hands, and the soles of the feet to treat hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).

Who will be doing my Denver Botox® & Dysport® Cosmetic Injections?

All Botox and Dysport injections are done by Dr. Phil Nguyen, MD, Dr. Victoria Monroe, DDS, Dr. Taavish Sharma, DMD, Dr. Alex Kretowicz, MD, and Rob Fore MSN, FNP-C at Happy Clinic Denver. Our medical director and founder, Dr. Nguyen, has over 20 years of experience in cosmetic injections, with thousands of injections done safely and effectively, and has given extensive training to all of Happy Clinic’s Aesthetic Injectors.

Are Dysport® Cosmetic injections safe?

Dysport has safely treated a variety of medical conditions since its FDA approval in 2009. The FDA has approved Dysport to treat forehead wrinkles and frown lines, making it only the second drug approved by the agency for the treatment of wrinkles.

Dysport (formerly known as Reloxin) is made from the same active ingredient as Botox (made by Allergan); Clostridium botulinum toxin type A. Botulinum toxins temporarily reduce the appearance of wrinkles by restricting the muscle actions that cause creasing and frown lines.
