Why Cellenis Derma PRP?
Use your own blood to make your own filler.
Cellenis® Derma PRP is made from the patient's own blood to support skin revitalization in the dermal architecture and enhance the youthful appearance of the skin. It provides immediate volume and helps support dermal health over time by releasing proteins and growth factors.
One treatment can produce up to 12 - 1cc syringes of filler to help volumize thin/gaunt faces. With the addition of PRP to your own natural filler, it will also enhance skin texture and quality to give your face a beautiful glow.
The treatment can be done in the face, neck, hands, anywhere in the body that needs volumization and rejuvenation. We can also improve the appearance of scars.

Happy Clinic® Juvederm® & Restylane®
For Happy Clinic® Denver Juvederm & Restylane
What is Denver Juvederm®/Restylane® ?
Juvederm (made by Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic) and Restylane (made by Galderma) are made of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, a type of sugar naturally found in your skin and connective tissues. What makes Juvederm and Restylane so unique is that once it is injected into the body, Juvederm and Restylane start absorbing water like a dry sponge and plump up the area in which it was injected. Juvederm and Restylane are FDA approved to treat moderate to severe nasolabial folds (smile lines from the nose to around the mouth) but are also often used to plump up the lips and to lessen the appearance of tired bags under the eyes. Learn more about Juvéderm at juvederm.com and Restylane at restylaneusa.com.
Does Denver Juvederm®/Restylane® hurt?
Most patients well tolerate Juvederm and Restylane. Allergan's Juvederm Ultra XC comes premixed with lidocaine, making the injections much more comfortable than previous fillers. Numbing creams can help with any discomfort, and a local anesthetic injection is always done for sensitive areas like the lips at no extra cost.
Can I do Juvederm®/Restylane® and Botox® at the same visit?
Yes. Botox Cosmetic and dermal fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane are often used together to give the total non-surgical rejuvenation. Most patients choose to undergo both treatments at the same time to reduce the inconvenience of coming back. Others choose to do them separately for financial or other reasons.
Where is Denver Juvederm®/Restylane® administered?
Juvederm/Restylane can be administered anywhere you want volume, including cheeks, undereye area, nasolabial folds (smile lines), and even the chin and jawline. Juvederm/Restylane can also be used to fill acne scars and indentations.
Who will be doing my Denver Juvederm® /Restylane® Injections?
All Denver Juvederm/Restylane injections are done by Dr. Phil Nguyen, MD, Dr. Victoria Monroe, DDS, Dr. Taavish Sharma, DMD, Dr. Alex Kretowicz, MD, and Rob Fore, MSN FNP-C at Happy Clinic Denver. Our medical director and founder, Dr. Nguyen, has over 20 years of experience in cosmetic injections, with thousands of injections done safely and effectively, and has given extensive training to all of Happy Clinic’s Aesthetic Injectors.
Are Denver Juvederm®/Restylane® injections safe?
The FDA approved Juvederm in June 2006. Juvederm has since dominated the filler market due to its safety, ease of injection, and long-lasting results. Dr. Nguyen consistently uses Juvederm as his filler of choice for general applications and likes Restylane for the undereye area.

Post-procedure for Juvederm® & Restylane®
How will I look post-treatment of Denver Juvederm®/Restylane®?
Post-treatment injection sites will have some redness and swelling. Most patients can return to work the next day without any problems. Lip augmentation with Juvederm or Restylane will look grossly enlarged for the first 24-48 hours with a return to normalcy in 3-5 days. It is recommended that you do lip augmentation with Juvederm® or Restylane® on a Friday, thus returning to work by Monday.
Are there any post-procedure instructions?
Yes. You may ice the area treated to help reduce swelling and redness. Icing should be done a maximum of 10 minutes every 2-3 hours. Dr. Nguyen recommends not touching the area or massaging the area for the first 2 weeks. After all the swelling has resolved, you may feel some lumpiness as you run your finger across the injection site. This is normal. If these lumps are visible, you may start massaging 2 weeks post injection. Remember, Juvederm and Restylane are totally reversible with Hyaluronidase.
How long does Denver Juvederm®/Restylane® last?
Juvederm has been shown to last for up to 12 months. Restylane has been shown to last only 6-8 months; however, Restylane is softer and better suited for treating the undereye / tear trough area. When Restylane is used in this area, it will often last about 1 year because there is not a lot of movement in the tear trough area. After injection the body naturally starts breaking Juvederm and Restylane down into simple sugars and this process may take a total of 6-12 months or more to complete. In the mean time, you enjoy the benefits of decreased lines and wrinkles and increased fullness in the lips.
