Board-certified physician with 25+ years of aesthetic medicine experience. Founder of Happy Clinic Denver (Est. 2009) and Happy Clinic OC. Known for his philosophy "Subtle is the New WOW," Dr. Phil is recognized as one of Denver's most skilled aesthetic injectors. He has appeared in Hulu's Clipped and Interior Chinatown.
