3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
• New patient appointments require a valid credit card to hold the booking.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept all major credit cards, CareCredit, and Alle Rewards points.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.
• The $9/unit new patient offer is valid for first-time patients only, for Botox or Dysport treatments.
